Full job description

Experienced in fibre or telecoms installations? Looking to return to the industry?

Kelly Group is looking for Fibre Home Installation Engineers to install and activate high-speed fibre broadband in customers’ homes.

If you’ve previously held telecoms certifications, we can support you with re-accreditation and refresher training to get you back on the tools.

The Role

  • Install and activate fibre broadband in residential properties
  • Test connections and troubleshoot where required
  • Provide a professional, customer-focused installation experience
  • Follow health, safety, and quality standards
  • Complete job records and reports

Requirements

  • Experience in fibre or telecoms installations
  • SA001, SA002, S007, S008 and NSWRA/SLG desirable

(Re-accreditation available if previously held)

  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Good customer communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence (1+ year, max 6 points, no bans in last 5 years)
  • Criminal Record Check required
