Are you an experienced Administrator wanting to move in to HR or gain experience within compliance and onboarding?
Element Recruitment are a growing business in the South West seeking a proactive Temporary Compliance & HR Administrator to support the HR team. The role will focus on onboarding new starters, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from offer to induction. You’ll get to work in a super friendly, and growing team, while being exposed to different elements of HR from Talent, L&D to BP.

Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing contracts and onboarding documentation
- Coordinating induction schedules and training
- Completing pre-employment checks
- Supporting managers and employees with HR queries
- Maintaining accurate employee records
You will need to be:
- Organised, detail-focused, and confident in building positive relationships
- Previous HR administration or Onboarding experience is desirable, but most importantly, you’ll bring energy and professionalism to the role
