Christmas Décor Accessory Makers

At Plant Designs, we make Christmas come to life! Each year our team transform commercial spaces with magical Christmas décor and immersive festive installations.

We’re recruiting a team of hard-working and creative temporary staff to help us produce a range of seasonal decor displays, including Christmas wreaths, garlands, decorated trees and centerpieces.

About the Role

This role is a freelance position, paid at an hourly rate. We are looking for people to work up to 40 hours per week starting from August through to November.

Our workshop studio is based in Wolverton, Milton Keynes with free parking available on site.

You'll be responsible for making high-quality decor items, ensuring every detail is produced to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, efficiency and pride in your workmanship.

Skills & Experience

You should:

  • Have a practical, hands-on approach to making.
  • Experience in floristry, crafting, prop making, set styling or similar fabrication.
  • Be able to follow instructions and work accurately to bring designs to life.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and a high standard of craftsmanship.
  • Be reliable, hardworking and able to work efficiently to deadlines.
  • Take pride in producing quality work as part of a team.
