Casual Box Office Assistant
Venue: O2 Academy Oxford
Company: Academy Music Group
Reports to: Box Office Manager
Working Hours: Casual (zero hour contract)
Applicants must be 18+ and available to work occasional club nights between 10pm-2am.
Role
As a Casual Box Office Assistant, you will be a key member of the O2 Academy team. You will take charge of providing exceptional customer and client services, and be a central link between our venue and audiences. If you are passionate about the entertainment industry and providing ticketing services across a wide variety of live events, this could be the role for you.

Your experience
· Great communication and diplomacy skills

· Experience using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
