WE'RE HIRING – TIKTOK SHOP LIVE PRESENTER

Join the Dolly's Desserts Team

Due to the continued growth of our TikTok Shop and increasing online demand, we're looking for a TikTok Shop Live Presenter to join the Dolly's Desserts team.

About Dolly's Desserts

Dolly’s Desserts is a growing family-run business based in Barnsley. Our TikTok Live studio is located in Wombwell alongside our purpose-built bakery & warehouse, where all of our products are handmade by our team.

We sell luxury dessert sauces, bake-your-own kits and a wide range of freshly baked treats through TikTok Shop. Our livestreams are a huge part of our business, and we’re looking for someone confident, engaging and enthusiastic to help showcase our products and connect with our customers.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a TikTok Live Presenter to join our growing business and become one of the faces of Dolly's Desserts on TikTok Shop.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining presenting, customer engagement, live sales and order fulfilment. You'll host engaging livestreams, showcase our products, interact with customers and help create an enjoyable shopping experience that encourages viewers to purchase. No two days are the same.

This is a part-time position, primarily covering evenings and weekends, when our livestreams receive the highest levels of customer engagement. Additional hours may be available during busy trading periods and seasonal events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Host regular TikTok Shop livestreams showcasing our products.
  • Engage with viewers, answer questions and build a welcoming, interactive community
  • Demonstrate products, flavours and promotions in an informative and entertaining way.
  • Set up your livestream area before each session, ensuring products are fully stocked and presented to a high standard.
  • Print, check and organise customer orders during livestreams.
  • Pack customer orders accurately whilst live on stream.
  • Monitor which products are performing well and identify slower-selling items to help maximise sales and shape future live sessions
  • Use product knowledge, viewer engagement and sales trends to introduce flash sales, discounts and giveaways where appropriate.
  • Build genuine relationships with viewers to encourage repeat customers and community engagement.
  • Work closely with the team to plan livestream content, promotions and new product launches.
  • Review livestream performance and contribute ideas to improve future broadcasts.
  • Assist with creating additional TikTok and social media content when required.

Skills & Experience Required

Essential

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to present naturally on camera.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok and social media platforms.
  • Ability to think quickly and respond confidently during lives.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused approach.
  • Reliable, organised and able to work independently when required.

Desirable

  • Previous experience presenting on social media or livestream platforms.
  • Experience in retail, customer service, sales or hospitality.
  • Knowledge of TikTok Shop or ecommerce livestream selling.
  • Creative mindset with a knowledge of current social media trends and viral content strategies

Full training will be provided, including product knowledge, livestream systems and how we successfully run our TikTok Shop Lives.
