We are currently looking for professional and reliable self-employed trade plate drivers to join our team.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking drivers who are organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing their own workload. You must be confident in travelling across the UK, often using public transport between vehicle movements, and committed to representing ACV Logistics in a professional and courteous manner.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a trade plate driver, you’ll be collecting and delivering vehicles using trade plates across various locations in the UK. You’ll carry out thorough vehicle inspections, take photos, and use our app to ensure smooth handovers. You will often need to plan and use public transport between jobs. This role offers the freedom to work independently while being supported by our experienced office team.
What You’ll Need
- Full UK Driving Licence (held for at least 2 years)
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
- A smartphone with mobile data for job management and photos
- A smart, professional appearance and good communication skills
- A reliable and positive attitude with good time management
- Off street parking suitable for a car/van (3.5T) at your property
