Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, creative, and proactive Digital Marketing & Receptionist to join our team. This hybrid role combines professional front-desk duties with hands-on marketing, content creation, outreach, and administrative support.
You will be the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and emails, while also assisting with a wide range of digital marketing tasks, including social media management, email campaigns, blog writing, content design, school outreach, funding applications, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities
Reception and Front-Desk Duties
- Welcome visitors, clients, and partners with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer, screen, and redirect phone calls and emails efficiently.
- Manage appointment scheduling, bookings, and reminders.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Serve as the first point of contact for enquiries and provide accurate information.
Digital Marketing and Content Creation
- Support social media strategy and content planning for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Design newsletters, leaflets, flyers, posters, digital brochures, and branding materials using Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Write blog posts, articles, and website content optimised for SEO and engagement.
- Assist in updating website content and ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
- Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting, designing, sending, and tracking performance.
Outreach and Partnership Development
- Contact schools, organisations, and potential partners for collaboration or promotional opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts for marketing, events, and funding purposes.
- Assist with researching, preparing, and submitting funding or grant applications.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and follow-ups.
Marketing Analysis and Reporting
- Track and report performance metrics for social media, website, and email campaigns.
- Assist in analysing engagement, traffic, and conversion data.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotions as required.
Design and Creative Support
- Develop visually appealing graphics, templates, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers if required.
- Support video or photo content creation when needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in reception, administration, or office management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, Canva, email marketing software).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Creative mindset with ability to design engaging content.
- Professional and confident front-facing presence.

Preferred Qualifications
