Assist in managing business requirements throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining traceability, supporting change control processes, and ensuring documentation remains accurate and up to date.

Help analyse, prioritise, and document both functional and non-functional requirements, including defining acceptance criteria and supporting MoSCoW prioritisation.

Work alongside Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects to support stakeholder engagement, governance activities, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and operational readiness for project delivery.

Ensure all work is completed in line with company quality standards, project governance, regulatory requirements, and document management procedures while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop an understanding of business analysis tools, methodologies, and best practices while supporting the successful delivery of client projects.

Build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients, communicating confidently and professionally throughout project lifecycles.

Take an active role in your own learning and professional development, applying new knowledge gained through your apprenticeship into your day-to-day work.
