At Paul Dubberley, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Residential Lister – Estate Agent to join our fantastic Estate Agency team in Wednesbury.

OTE- £35,000 - Uncapped Commission - Career Progression

A quick look at the role

In this role you will be listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will be building rapport with new and existing clients and customers, both face-to-face and over the phone. You will also be maximising opportunities to book appointments for our in-house mortgage advisors.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Residential Lister

  • Estate Agency experience such as Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator
  • Ability to generate new business in a target driven environment

  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
