Full job description

About Us
As a successful and respected independent estate agency, we take pride in doing business with integrity and keeping our customers firmly at the heart of everything we do. Our Directors remain fully involved day-to-day, and our team is made up of talented individuals who genuinely enjoy what they do.

We work hard, support one another, and remain focused on delivering excellent outcomes for our clients. If you’re looking to join a business where your contribution truly matters, we’d love to meet you.

The Role
We are looking for a Sales Progressor to play a vital role in the customer journey. Your main responsibility will be to ensure smooth progress of property sales from offer accepted through to completion. You’ll maintain proactive, clear communication with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, other estate agents in the chain, and of course the buyers and sellers themselves.

In addition to sales progression, you will also spend part of your time supporting our Client Services Team. This team coordinates our inbound and outbound calls and plays an important role in maintaining excellent customer communication. Full information and training will be provided.

We will ensure your workload is manageable so that you can deliver a high-quality service without being overwhelmed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales progression, conveyancing support, or a similar coordination role (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A calm, proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
  • Someone who enjoys contributing to a positive, friendly office environment.
  • A desire to learn, grow and deliver exceptional customer service.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay and a supportive, engaged team.
  • A stable and successful business with strong values.
  • Training and development opportunities.
  • A workplace where you’ll be appreciated and encouraged to reach your potential.

If you believe you could help us continue to deliver outstanding service—and grow personally along the way—we’d love to hear from you.

Chris Sawyer
