About Us

Move South Ltd are a team made up of 30 Your Move and Reeds Rains branches across London, Kent & East Sussex. We are looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic Lettings team in Tunbridge Wells and become part of our Your Move team. This branch is a great place to develop your skills and grow in your career!

This is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious and will be able to hit the ground running. You will be working within a fantastic team in a well established business in the local area.

You will be responsible for facilitating the lettings process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Showcasing available properties to tenants
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with all clients including both landlords and tenants
  • Managing leads and enquiries effectively to maximise opportunities

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in lettings or property is desirable, but full training will be provided
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management abilities
  • IT Literacy
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
