Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Prepare and present property listings to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property transactions
- Stay up-to-date with the local real estate market trends and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process

Experience:
- Previous experience in estate agency sales is essential.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Use of own car (company pays milage)
