What you'll be doing


As a Graduate Project Manager you’ll oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on track and within budget. It's about managing resources, timelines, and team members. You’ll learn project management principles, leadership skills, and how to handle challenges.


Who we're looking for


For Graduates with a degree in a relevant field, our programme offers formal training and on-the-job learning, with a strong focus on career progression and growth opportunities. It’s designed to help you transition into your chosen field and build a successful career path. To be eligible, you must obtain a minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting the role.

This role involves regular site-based visits, including travel on-site and between locations. Before joining Balfour Beatty, you must hold a full UK driver's license.
