Job Opportunity: Service Delivery Manager (Projects & OEM Campaigns)

Location: Doncaster (Base) with UK-wide travel Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (Dependent on Experience) Contract: Full Time

At Excel Resourcing, we are already established as a premier provider of engineering support for HGV and PSV operators across the UK. But we aren’t standing still. We are entering an exciting phase of growth, expanding our portfolio to work directly with major Manufacturers and OEMs.

To facilitate this expansion, we need a Service Delivery Manager who speaks the language of engineering and the language of business efficiency.

The Mission

We aren't just looking for a paper-pusher. We need a tactical coordinator. You will be the bridge between our technical workforce and our high-profile clients. You will take charge of large-scale campaigns and complex projects, ensuring that when an OEM needs a modification program rolled out across a fleet, it happens on time, on budget, and to spec.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading the Charge: Coordinating project and campaign work for our new Manufacturer and OEM partners.
• Data Command: Utilizing spreadsheets to track progress, analyze efficiency, and report on project milestones.
• Technical Translation: Using your industry knowledge to understand the challenges our engineers face on the ground and solving them before they become problems.
• Client Relations: Acting as the primary point of contact for project delivery, ensuring total client satisfaction.

Who Are We Looking For?

This role requires a hybrid skillset. We need the analytical brain of a project manager combined with the technical soul of an engineer.

Does this sound like you?

• The Background: You have a strong technical understanding of the heavy vehicle sector. Ideally, you come from a Bus/PSV background and understand the unique pressures of that industry.
• The Analyst: You don’t just look at a spreadsheet; you understand it. You are highly proficient in Excel and can use data to drive decision-making.
• The Organiser: You are methodical, structured, and capable of managing multiple moving parts (and people) simultaneously.
• The Traveller: You are based within a commutable distance to Doncaster but are willing to travel UK-wide to visit client sites and oversee projects where required.
