About Us:

Bandla Logistics Ltd manages multi-drop logistics operations across the East Midlands and East of England..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee transport strategy, daily driver management, and route efficiency.
  • Monitor driver compliance, working hours, and road safety regulations.
  • Lead incident management, accident investigations, and route risk assessments.
  • Manage site Transport Supervisors and track daily delivery KPIs.
  • Maintain strict adherence to UK transport regulations and company safety standards.

Requirements:

  • CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) in Transport Management (preferred/advantageous).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in transport planning, driver management, or courier logistics.
  • Deep understanding of driver working hours, tachograph rules (where applicable), and road safety law.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
