Cofton Holidays is a family-owned, award-winning holiday park in beautiful South Devon. Our Leisure & Activities team brings our activity brands Cofton Active, Cofton Quest and Digby Adventures to life, creating memorable moments for guests of all ages.
About the Role
Were looking for an organised, enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to help deliver our exciting activities programme. Youll coordinate daily sessions, manage bookings and systems, and ensure all activities are safe, engaging and well-presented. Youll work closely with the wider Leisure and guest-facing teams to provide a fun, seamless experience for every visitor.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day activity operations and ensure sessions run smoothly

Support the development of new activity programmes and lesson plans

Promote and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activities across all brands

Manage activity bookings using on line systems and encourage advance participation

Handle guest enquiries, waiting lists, cancellations and feedback

Work with schools, groups and partners to support educational and off-peak programmes

Promote activities, merchandise and upsell opportunities to boost engagement

Ensure activity areas are safe, clean and well-presented
About You

Experience coordinating activities, events or programmes

Strong organisational and administrative skills

Friendly, confident communicator with a positive approach

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure

IT confident, ideally with booking or scheduling systems

Enthusiastic, proactive and guest-focused

Flexible with working hours, including weekends and school holidays
