About the Role

We’re excited to offer a rare opportunity to join our team at Trespass Lyme Regis as a Key Holder. This is a dynamic role where you’ll play a key part in supporting the Store Manager and driving the success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations and store setup to maximise performance
  • Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales
  • Maintain high standards in merchandising and stock control
  • Assist with staff training and development
  • Help organise in-store promotions, displays, and events
  • Ensure operational efficiency and cost control

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Commercially driven with a proven track record in retail sales
  • Highly motivated, dynamic, and results-focused
  • A strong team player with a “can-do” attitude
  • Organised, with good visual merchandising skills
  • Able to lift and move stock as needed
