Coco Cubes is a bold challenger brand shaking up the confectionery space. We’ve spotted a gap in the market and we’re filling it with something fresh, fun, and irresistibly tropical.

Our coconut-inspired treats are designed to make people smile, and our vibrant packaging is already turning heads. With strong early momentum and standout packaging, we are now scaling distribution across the UK now we need someone full of passion and energy to help us tell that story to the world.

The role:

As our Brand Manager, you’ll be the guardian of Coco Cubes’ identity crafting stories, shaping experiences, creating moments and ensuring our brand brings the sunshine across every channel and platform.

You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and creative to make Coco Cubes the chosen feel-good, do-good coconut confectionary brand for distributors, retailers, and consumers.

There will be no average day with Coco Cubes, every day will bring variety, energy and lots of fun (what’s not fun about a bring a brand with tropical vibes to life!!)

To succeed you will need to have a can-do attitude and be confident you can deliver in these core areas:

Brand strategy & positioning

Define and execute strategies that amplify our challenger brand identity.

Develop and maintain a consistent tone, voice, and visual identity across all channels.

Storytelling & content creation

Develop compelling narratives for campaigns, packaging, and digital platforms.

Work with creative teams to produce content that sparks joy and reflects our tropical personality.

Campaign management

Plan and deliver marketing campaigns that stand out in a crowded market.

Monitor performance and optimize for impact.

Market & consumer insights:

Research trends and consumer behaviour to keep us ahead of the curve.

Use insights to refine messaging and brand positioning.

Partnership & trade marketing:

Collaborate with distributors, retailers and brand partners to create memorable brand moments.

Develop promotional materials and trade marketing strategies that pop.

Performance tracking:

Analyse campaign results and brand health metrics.

Report on KPIs and recommend improvements.

What we’re looking for

Experience:

3+ years proven track record in brand management, marketing, or related roles (FMCG experience preferred).

Skills:

Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.

Strong understanding of branding, consumer psychology, and marketing trends.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Experience in collating and working with insights, data and building proposals that lead agreed business goals.

Mindset:

Creative thinker with a strategic approach.

Passion for building brands and creating memorable experiences.

Passionate, full of energy, fun.

Can do attitude, quietly ambitious.

Versatile, happy to shift to daily brand priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture.
