- Plan, implement, and optimise paid media campaigns across key digital advertising platforms to drive eCommerce growth.
- Develop data-led strategies for prospecting, remarketing, and retention to meet client KPIs.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximise performance and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with designers to brief, develop, and test platform-specific ad creatives that drive performance.
- Work alongside the Data & Analytics Manager to ensure tracking accuracy, attribution, and reliable performance measurement across all campaigns.
Analysis & Optimisation
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Produce detailed performance reports and actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- A/B test creative, audience, and bidding strategies to continuously improve results.
- Monitor competitor and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Client Communication & Collaboration
- Work alongside Account Managers to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Present campaign performance, insights, and growth opportunities in regular client meetings.
- Partner with the SEO, CRO, and Design teams to deliver integrated growth strategies.
- Provide proactive recommendations on scaling, creative testing, and budget reallocation.
Innovation & Growth
- Stay up-to-date with emerging paid media trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Lead experimentation with new ad formats, automation tools, and audience strategies.
- Support the development of Swanky’s paid media frameworks and best practices.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across one or more key platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar).
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience segmentation, and creative best practices across different channels.
- Ability to brief, collaborate with, and provide feedback to designers to produce high-performing ad creatives.
- Confident in analysing performance data, interpreting trends, and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution, and data analysis tools such as GA4, Polar, and Google Tag Manager (with support available from our Data & Analytics team).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and results clearly to both clients and internal teams.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and staying ahead of digital advertising and creative trends.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts or projects in a fast-paced environment (agency experience preferred but not essential).
What We Offer
- Salary: Competitive DOE
- 30 days holiday per year, inclusive of bank holidays, plus 1 additional day per full year served (capped at 5)
- Flexible working hours during the day
