We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join the friendly and dynamic team at our Boston Kia dealership.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handling new and used car enquiries, both in person and online
  • Responding to live chat, SMS and e-leads
  • Creating personalised CitNOW video messages for customers
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Selling add-on products such as GAP insurance, Paint Care, and extended warranties
  • Following a structured sales process while adding your personal touch
  • Managing your own customer prospecting and follow-ups
  • Maintaining excellent showroom and pitch presentation
  • Providing 100% customer satisfaction, every time

  • A highly motivated individual with a passion for sales
  • Smartly presented and confident in customer interactions
  • Strong organisational and diary management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and confident using a variety of IT systems
  • Commitment to high-quality administration and FCA compliance
  • Willingness to work flexibly, including additional hours when required
  • Open-minded and adaptable to new processes and technologies
