Unqualified Teacher – Sheffield

Link3 Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Unqualified Teachers to work across schools in the Sheffield area. We have a range of day-to-day supply opportunities available for individuals who are passionate about education and want to make a positive difference in students' lives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers and individuals with relevant classroom experience who are looking to develop their skills within a school environment.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging lessons and support students with their learning across a range of subjects and year groups.
  • Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning throughout the school day.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive, safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different students.
  • Encourage student participation, engagement and progress.
  • Build positive relationships with students and school staff.
  • Follow school policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.

What We Are Looking For:

  • QTS is not essential for this role.
  • Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
  • Graduates and individuals considering a career in teaching are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • A positive, flexible and reliable approach.
  • The ability to build rapport with students and staff.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
  • The right to work in the UK.
