Full job description

We're a scaling, fast-moving company and we need support to help run the machine.

Marketing systems, finance, production, HR, reporting, recruiting, and the half-dozen things we haven't named yet. If a system needs building, fixing or running, that's the work.

We're being deliberately vague, and that's the point. We don't want someone who needs a tidy job spec and a list of tasks handed to them. We want someone who's AI-native — you already run your day through AI, you build little systems without being asked, and you see the thing that needs doing before anyone tells you. And you always deliver on time.

What actually matters to us:

  • You're genuinely good with AI and use it by default, not as a novelty
  • You get things done without hand-holding
  • You fit how we work — culture first, role second

We grow when the person is right. So we hire for the person and shape the role around them.

Here's what we'd love instead of a long written proposal: a short Loom. Two or three minutes, you talk. Who you are, how you actually use AI day to day, and why a loose, build-it-as-we-go setup appeals to you rather than scares you. Send that and we'll take it from there.

Open to working within European business hours (CET/CEST, UTC+1/+2), ensuring consistent overlap and real-time collaboration with EU-based teams.

Show us how you think. That tells us everything.

We have plenty on and its attitude first, then aptitude.

We transform careers and the opportunities we have are transformational, if you fit.

We are keen, if you are.

When you apply,

  • Submit a short Loom intro (2-3 mins – just you, your background, why you're keen, salary expectation and availability: date and weekly hours commitment)?
  • Describe your recent experience with similar projects

Send the above to hr@urbancgi.com with Subject: Your Name | Operational Support

Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour

Application question(s):

  • Submit a short Loom intro (2-3 mins – just you, your background, why you're keen, salary expectation and availability: date and weekly hours commitment)?
  • Do you use AI as part of your daily workflow, and if so, walk us through one system, workflow, or process you've built using AI in the last 3 months — what tool(s) did you use, and what problem did it solve?
