You will be responsible for understanding complex problems in the productivity space and supporting end-to-end researcher workflows across both academic and corporate settings.
- User Focus: Craft impactful AI-supported experiences for individual researchers.
- Workflow Design: Support end-to-end researcher workflows, focusing on problems related to search and discovery, academic writing, and knowledge management.
- Discovery Leadership: You will own the product discovery process, leading to actionable insights. This includes utilizing a wide range of quantitative and qualitative methods to achieve fast time to insight.
- Research Execution: You will independently conduct qualitative and quantitative product discovery activities and facilitate co-creation workshops with senior stakeholders, leading to data-informed design decisions.
- Collaboration and Clarity: Partner and efficiently collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing peers in cross-functional squads. Bring clarity to ambiguous design problems using conceptual design, experience mapping, and information architecture.
- Design Execution: Produce engineering ready systematic design using modern tools, rapidly prototype, co-create, and iteratively evaluate product experiences that are pragmatic and simple.

- AI Curiosity: Curiosity and interest in agentic experiences and leveraging AI within design, in a responsible manner.
