The Researcher role consists of researching current construction projects to an elevated level using the telephone, internet, and other communication sources to generate opportunities for our customers.

You will receive a 6-month induction, including continuous training from a resolute Research Training Manager which includes 121 training, workshops, on the job coaching, training and development.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Researching current construction projects to a high level using the telephone, internet, and other communication sources to generate opportunities for our customers.
  • Interacting directly with customers through our internal CRM systems to answer queries on project information.
  • Managing your own workload to ensure project information is current, accurate and delivered in a timely manner to meet department expectations.
  • Achieving KPI measures around project volume and quality of data gathered.
  • Liaising with other colleagues within the business
  • Building relationships with contacts within the construction industry

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an outbound calling role, this could be in Research, Debt Collection, Account Management, Sales
  • GCSE pass in Maths and English – Grade C or above (or equivalent qualification)
  • Effective Communicator
  • Active listener
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Experience working towards and achieving KPI’s.
  • Resilience and great work ethic
  • Dedication and commitment to producing consistently high-quality output.
  • Team player, with a sound understanding of the role you can play in helping the wider team to succeed.
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel or similar.
  • Experience of using CRM systems
