Full job description

About the Role

As Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for defining and creating the user experience of our platform. Your goal is to make sophisticated voice AI technology accessible to non-technical users while providing the depth and control that power users require. You will design complex workflows, real-time monitoring interfaces, and data-dense dashboards that remain intuitive and actionable.

This role requires someone who can handle the challenge of visualizing complex, real-time data in ways that are immediately understandable. You will conduct user research, create design systems, prototype and test solutions, and work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation. Your work will define how thousands of businesses first experience and interact with voice AI technology.

Qualifications

You should have five or more years of product design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates strong B2B SaaS dashboard design. Expert-level Figma skills and experience with design systems are essential. You should have a track record of designing complex workflows and conducting user research and testing. Excellent communication skills are important as you will collaborate daily with engineers and stakeholders.

Experience designing data-dense dashboards, real-time interfaces, voice or conversational UI, or working in startup environments would be particularly valuable. We're looking for someone who can balance aesthetics with functionality and understands the unique challenges of designing for both technical and non-technical audiences.

To Apply

Please send your CV/resume, portfolio (Figma, Behance, Dribbble, or PDF), and a brief cover letter to careers@amplifirm.com with the subject line "Lead Product Designer - [Your Name]".
