  • Use data, research insights, and industry best practices to drive design decisions.

  • Understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface designs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote environment.
  • Coursework, personal projects, or internships demonstrating UX/UI capability.
  • Basic understanding of design processes and user research.
  • Experience designing user experiences for production-level digital products.
  • Ability to manage full design cycles independently.
  • Expertise in UX strategy, user research frameworks, and complex product design.
  • Ability to lead design decisions, mentor juniors, and influence product direction.
  • Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS or knowledge of frontend concepts (not required but helpful).
  • Experience with user analytics tools (Hotjar, GA, Mixpanel, etc.).
  • Motion design or interaction design skills.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional remote teams.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK — no sponsorship provided.
