Mobile Mechanic / Fuel Engineer / Field Engineer (Self-Employed)

Full Time | Permanent

At Fuel Fixer, we're the UK's leading fuel contamination specialists. Every day our engineers attend cars, vans, boats, motorhomes, agricultural vehicles and more, helping motorists get back on the road quickly and safely after putting the wrong fuel in their vehicle.

No two days are the same. You'll work independently, meet a wide variety of customers, and become part of a well-established company with industry-leading training, equipment and ongoing support.

You don't need previous experience as a mechanic or fuel engineer. If you're practical, hands-on, enjoy problem-solving and have a great attitude, we'll provide all the specialist training you need.

The Role

  • Mobile Mechanic / Fuel Engineer / Field Engineer
  • Full specialist training provided
  • Attend emergency call-outs to misfuelled vehicles
  • Assist members of the public and contracted business customers
  • On-call during office hours
  • Cover Eastbourne and the surrounding areas

What You'll Need

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Practical, hands-on experience (or a relevant engineering qualification)
  • Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service
  • Ex-forces engineers are encouraged to apply
