If so, we would love you to join our fantastic front-of-house team as our new Client Care Coordinator!

Cromwell Vets are recruiting a pro-active and friendly Client Care Coordinator to welcome clients and their pets to the practice in a warm, professional manner and provide support to our brilliant team. In this role you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills and we offer BVRA training to support this!

This is a permanent part-time role working an average of 28 hours per week across our 6 branches, with evenings and weekend included.

Shift pattern is as follows:

Week1

Monday 8.30am - 1.30pm St Ives

Tuesday 1.30pm-6.30pm Ramsey

Thursday 1.30pm-6.30pm Cambourne

Friday 8.30am-6.30m St Ives

Week 2

Monday 1.30pm - 9.00pm St Ives

Tuesday 1.30pm-6.30pm Ramsey

Thursday 1.30pm-6.30pm Cambourne

Friday 8.30am-6.30m St Ives

1 in 4 Saturdays or Sundays in Huntingdon ( 9 hours between 7.30am - 7.30pm)

With 1 in 4 Saturdays - Shift time will vary between 7.30am to 7pm at Huntingdon

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcoming clients and their pets upon arrival

  • Answering the phone in a polite, clear and empathetic manner

  • Ensuring all enquiries at resolved efficiently

  • Managing the diaries effectively and ensure the smooth running of vet and nurse consults

  • Assisting with administrative duties including answering email enquiries and online booking requests.

  • Dealing with daily debt management - ensuring client accounts are paid off at the time

  • Assisting with the daily running of each practice

  • Audits

  • Flea and Worm dispensing
