The opportunity

We’re looking for a Relationship Executive / Account Manager to join the Doodlebone team.

Your mission? Turn our trade customers into lifelong fans. You’ll build and nurture relationships, understand what makes each customer tick, and help them grow their business - which in turn helps us grow ours. You’ll be spotting opportunities, suggesting the right products, and ultimately driving sales.

Who we are

Doodlebone is a bold, fun-loving pet accessory brand based in Oxfordshire. We’ve been around for over 10 years and we’re on a mission to make life easier (and a lot more fun) for pets and their people.

We’re growing fast, moving quickly, and constantly looking for new ways to improve and expand. Every day brings new challenges and big decisions - perfect if you love to keep things moving and make an impact.

What we’re looking for

Essential:

  • Proven experience in customer service and/or account management.
  • Solid B2B sales experience (retail or pet sector a big plus).
  • A proactive, friendly communication style and a knack for building strong relationships.
  • Confidence with financial management (pricing, margins, targets).
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities.
  • Strong IT skills (Office 365, ERP systems, data analysis).
  • Project management experience - working across teams to make things happen.
  • A clean driving licence.

Nice to have (but not a deal breaker):

  • Sales training (e.g., Sandler or similar).
  • Experience in the pet sector and a handy black book of industry contacts.
  • Further education (A Levels, BTEC, Degree in a business-related discipline).

Why join us?

  • You’ll be part of a results-driven team that loves a challenge and celebrates big wins.
  • You’ll have freedom to shape your accounts and make a real impact on the business.
  • You’ll help drive Doodlebone’s growth story - and have plenty of fun along the way.

Sound like your kind of role?
Let’s talk - we can’t wait to meet you.
