Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to build something new from the ground up.
We are creating a fresh, in-house video capability and are looking for a skilled Videographer to help shape how our aviation manufacturing business is visually documented and presented. This role offers the chance to start with a clean sheet, establish best practices, and create high-quality video content across manufacturing, marketing and social medias.

You will work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to capture complex processes with clarity, accuracy, and impact—helping to communicate the precision, safety, and innovation behind our aviation products.

Responsibilities

  • Operate professional video recording equipment to produce high-definition footage.
  • Plan and storyboard video concepts in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Edit raw footage using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro to create polished final products.
  • Incorporate visual effects, motion graphics, and animations using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Enhance video quality through colour correction, sound editing, and colour grading techniques.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Maintain organised digital files and backups of all media assets.
  • Collaborate with photographers, graphic designers, and other creative professionals to produce cohesive multimedia content.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in videography, editing techniques, and technology advancements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in videography and video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
  • Strong knowledge of photography principles and techniques.
  • Ability to operate various types of video recording equipment and accessories.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and visual storytelling.
  • Knowledge of colour grading, sound editing, and motion graphics is advantageous.
  • Driving Licence
  • Happy to travel with the team to UK and European airfields

Salary and working hours negotiable

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.21-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
