Videographer & Social Media Content Creator (1 Day per Week)

Location: Stratton Court Care Home, Cirencester – occasional trips to other sites as the group grows.

Hours: 1 day per week (with potential to grow as the group expands)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Videographer & Social Media Content Creator to join us one day per week. You will play a key role in capturing the heart of our care homes and shaping our digital presence across multiple platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who enjoys variety, storytelling, and building a brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Film and edit engaging video content across our care homes for use on social media, our website, and internal marketing.
  • Capture high-quality photography of residents, staff, events, and the care home environment.
  • Plan, record, and produce content for our upcoming podcast series.
  • Manage and grow our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create and schedule regular posts that align with our brand, values, and campaigns.
  • Work closely with management to develop ongoing digital content strategies.
  • Maintain an organised content library and support wider digital marketing campaigns.
  • Represent the care group with professionalism, compassion, and respect when filming within our homes.

About You

  • Strong videography and editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Confident capturing both candid and directed content.
  • Experience managing social media channels for a brand or organisation.
  • Creative eye for storytelling, trends, and engaging digital campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable working in a care home environment.
  • Ability to work independently, plan your filming day, and deliver polished content regularly.
  • Driving licence and ability to travel between sites (preferred).
