Job Summary
Boom Sports has been inspiring children through fun, active, and educational services for over 10 years. We deliver high-quality sports coaching and wraparound childcare in primary schools across West London.

We are growing fast and we are seeking a creative and proactive individual to help grow our brand’s presence across social media and digital content. You’ll produce engaging visuals and written content that builds our community and drives brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and schedule content for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create high‐quality visual content: photos, reels, graphics.
  • Write compelling captions for social posts consistent with brand voice.
  • Monitor social engagement, respond to comments/messages in line with tone of brand.
  • Collaborate with the managers team to align content with our campaigns and business goals.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and provide insights or suggestions for improvement.
  • Stay up‐to‐date with social media trends, platform updates and audience behaviour.

Location:

Office, W4 5PY / our schools across West London (to capture content - photos, videos) / Work from home.

Days:

4 days a week - Monday - Thursday

Shift patterns:

12-5pm / 1-6pm - You will be required to work both shift patterns.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience (portfolio) in social media content creation / digital marketing.
  • Comfortable using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and video editing tools.
  • Good photography/video skills (shooting, lighting, framing) preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills, with a clear brand voice.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and how to translate data into action.
  • Creative thinker, able to work autonomously and manage time when working part‐time.
  • Familiarity with primary education/sports coaching is a plus but not required.
