Qualified Teachers (QTS/PGCE) – Online Tutor (Freelance)

Join Education Lifeguards – a new learning ecosystem built by teachers, for teachers.

We're looking for passionate qualified teachers with QTS/PGCE (or recognised international equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years' classroom teaching experience to join our growing online platform.

  • Deliver high-quality online tuition to motivated students.
  • Set your own hourly rate.
  • Choose the subjects, age groups and exam boards you teach.
  • Manage your own availability and workload.

Platform commission: (25%–15% depending on teaching activity. The more you teach through Education Lifeguards, the more you keep. Commission covers marketing, advertising, secure payments, safeguarding systems, platform maintenance and ongoing development.)

Essential requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/PGCE or recognised equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years' classroom teaching experience.
  • Enhanced DBS (or equivalent police check).
  • Passion for helping students achieve their potential.

Launch Offer: The usual £50 onboarding fee is currently waived for successful applicants.

Pay: From £25.00 per hour
