EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 1

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: TA1 G3.06 – G3.09 - £24,796 - £25,989 pro rata

Contract: Permanent – Full time

Hours: 28.20 hours per week TA Level 1 (Term time only)

We are looking to recruit an EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our school family. We are a warm and inclusive Primary school at the heart of its community, situated just a few miles north of Lincoln. Our aim as a Church of England school is ‘educating for life in all its fullness’. We are deeply committed to high quality professional development for all our staff.

We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who:

● Has a passion (and experience ideally) for Early Years Education

● Is caring and compassionate with high expectations

● Has excellent communication skills and is able to evidence experience of working successfully within a team.

● Is hard working, organised and flexible.

● Confidence in working with classes and groups of children

● Can support children with their emotional and social development.

● Is able to follow the school’s behaviour management policy effectively.

● Is able to communicate effectively with parents/carers.
