Grade/Salary: Grade C, SCP 3-5, £24,796 to £25,583 pro rata
Contract Type: Permanent
Contract Terms: 27.5 hours per week, Part Time, Term Time

Griffin Park Community Primary School are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic, and committed Teaching and Learning Assistant Level 2 to join our supportive and hardworking team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping children thrive and who can contribute positively to our warm and inclusive school community.
As a TA2, you will support high-quality teaching and learning across the school, working with individuals, small groups, and whole classes under the direction of the class teacher. You will help create a nurturing and engaging environment where every pupil feels valued and supported.
We are looking for someone who:
- Builds strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Shows patience, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to children’s wellbeing
- Can support learning effectively, including pupils with additional needs
