Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. We work hard to enriching the lives of people with many different care needs. It’s exciting and rewarding work, and we’re full of pride and passion for what we do.

Since the early days, we’ve grown to provide many innovative and bespoke care services to thousands of people across England and Scotland. We want to provide support based on the principles of choice, dignity and respect. This resonates in our vision of ‘Your Life, Your Choice’ and our strategy ‘Best Lives Possible’.

We have strong values and we’re proud to pioneer new ways of delivering social care to stand out in our sector. In the past two years, we have won or made the shortlist for over 100 national and regional awards!

We are also focused on our people. Our Support Workers are dedicated and passionate about going ‘the extra mile’ for the people we support and in return, we go the extra mile for them by investing in pay, recognition, wellbeing and continued professional and personal development. We will provide you with all the training, support and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your career with us.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Who will you be supporting?

three wonderfully unique individuals, each bringing our own sparkle to life. With ages ranging from 54 to 77, we embrace “the mature years” with a twinkle in our eyes and a zest for laughter, joy, and connection.

Though we each face different challenges — including Dysphagia, Epilepsy, Dementia, Learning Disabilities, and incontinence — we are supported every step of the way by a compassionate, fully trained team. Our health and wellbeing are cared for with dignity and expertise, including SALT and PEG nutritional support, pressure care mattresses, and mobility aids such as hoists, overhead tracking, profiling beds, and staff-assisted wheelchairs.

What is important to us?

From the magic of the theatre and the thrill of the cinema to dining out, local strolls, and adventures further afield using Merseylink transport — we love to explore and experience the world around us. Our passions include music of all kinds: the drama of opera, the nostalgia of the 80s, the timeless charm of ABBA and Elvis. We also enjoy crime dramas, musicals, Disney classics, and the grace and beauty of horses.

We thrive on attention, inclusion, and involvement. Visitors are always welcome — we love meeting new people and sharing our stories. Our ideal staff are caring, respectful, and full of life. A love of music, a sense of purpose, and the drive to bring fresh ideas and opportunities are qualities we truly value.

Here, every day is a chance to celebrate who we are, explore what we love, and enjoy the journey together
