Full job description

Join our small, friendly team at Yewfield, a busy vegetarian guest house, holiday apartments, and yoga retreat venue set in the peaceful and stunning Lake District. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Assistant Manager to support the smooth running of our guest house and help create memorable experiences for our visitors.

You’ll work closely with the owners and small team to oversee day-to-day operations, assist with bookings and guest check-ins, coordinate staff rotas, and lead by example during service and housekeeping. This role combines management, hospitality, front and back-of-house duties, giving you variety and responsibility in a supportive environment.

We offer competitive pay, a welcoming team, and the option of live-in en-suite accommodation for suitable candidates. Yewfield is fully vegetarian and non-smoking.
