Our Junior Merchandiser

You will play a vital role within our Product Team,supporting the Senior Merchandising Manager to ensure hospitality products across the estate are forecasted,ordered and controlled with precision. Working closely with kitchens,bars,housekeeping and visitor attractions,you’ll help balance availability with efficiency – using data,insight and collaboration to minimise wastage while keeping operations running seamlessly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support forecasting,ordering and stock control for hospitality products
  • Produce weekly stock movement and performance reports
  • Work with hospitality teams to forecast demand across categories
  • Review order books and manage deliveries in line with rate of sale
  • Liaise with suppliers,issuing POs and supporting negotiations
  • Coordinate with goods-in and accounts teams to reconcile invoices and credits
  • Monitor delivery schedules and chase outstanding orders
  • Maintain accurate product,supplier and shelf-life information

What we’re looking for

Where you’ll be working

The Product Team is responsible for every aspect of product across the estate covering retail in our shops and online,products for hospitality,events and wholesale. The team includes buying and merchandising,new product development,packaging and procurement.


The Product Team works alongside internal departments to develop the product proposition across the estate’s key pillars – hotel,gardens,visitor attractions,butchery,creamery,productive growing and bakery – prioritising seasonality,quality and local sourcing.

Within the Product Team,the Merchandising Team maintains accurate stock control of food,drink,packaging and consumables,ensuring availability while minimising wastage through careful tracking and centralised warehouse visibility.
