Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to utilise their management skills within a vibrant retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational abilities, leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.

Duties

  • Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and optimise customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and visual presentation.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to maximise revenue.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Analyse sales data and prepare reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Organise staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage during opening hours.
  • Maintain administrative records accurately, including payroll, staff schedules, and sales reports.
