Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome. This role requires a blend of excellent communication skills, time management, and a passion for food safety and preparation.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
  • Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
  • Manage the dining area by keeping it clean and organised throughout service.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain basic maths skills for accurate billing.
  • Provide assistance to kitchen staff during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their dining experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive working environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a front-of-house role or customer service is preferred but not essential.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous.
  • Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A friendly disposition with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
