Full job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook/ front of house servers to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to our restaurant's recipes and standards. Your expertise in food preparation and culinary techniques will contribute to the overall success of our kitchen operations.

Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Cook food items according to recipes and menu specifications
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages to the Kitchen Manager
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Assist with meal preparation during busy periods or as needed

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary principles
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar food service establishment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
