Cocktail Bartender / Bar Staff (Over 18)

The Bell & Crown – Salisbury City Centre (Part of the Taste the World Group)

We’re looking for experienced bar staff (18+) with strong cocktail and mixology skills to join the team at The Bell & Crown, a historic pub in the heart of Salisbury.

This role is based in our intimate, table-service cocktail bar located on the second floor, offering a more refined and personal guest experience. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to develop deeper knowledge of whiskies, rums and premium spirits, while working in a distinctive and character-filled setting.

The Role

  • Deliver high-quality table service in a small, intimate bar environment
  • Prepare and serve cocktails to a consistently high standard
  • Engage confidently with guests, offering recommendations and creating memorable experiences
  • Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and professionalism
  • Work closely with the team to create a focused, calm and polished service style

What We’re Looking For

  • 18+ only
  • Previous cocktail and mixology experience is essential
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and spirit-led drinks
