Salary: £13.50 per hour + tronc (circa £5.00 per hour)

Recreating the tension of the show’s famed red and blue open kitchens diners witness the precision and intensity behind every dish, as well as a contemporary bar showcasing the latest trends in mixology. The menu features signature, show-inspired creations such as the legendary Beef Wellington, Pan-Seared Scallops, and Sticky Toffee Pudding, each prepared with the same passion and perfection expected from the show’s world-class chefs.

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering exceptional, five-star service to every guest
  • Taking orders confidently and accurately, with strong menu and product knowledge
  • Anticipating guest needs and creating memorable dining moments
  • Working seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
  • Maintaining immaculate presentation of tables, sections and service areas
  • Handling guest feedback professionally and resolving issues in the moment
  • Upholding all service, health & safety, allergen and brand standards at all times
