Full job description

Gods of Grip is a UK-based strength brand dedicated to all things grip training, arm wrestling, and hand strength.

From manufacturing world-class grip equipment to hosting national competitions and building one of the strongest online communities in the sport, we take pride in everything we create and ship. Every order that leaves us represents our reputation, so attention to detail and pride in your work really matter here.

We’re a small, hands-on team with a big drive to keep growing and improving what we do.

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, organised individual to join the team in a hands-on fulfilment role, with some light e-commerce and admin responsibilities.

Your main focus will be picking, packing, and dispatching orders, helping ensure everything leaves the unit accurately, on time, and to a high standard. You’ll also support basic order processing, stock organisation, and customer communication as needed.

This role is based at our Burscough unit and is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work but also wants to learn how an online brand operates behind the scenes.

Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking, packing, and dispatching online orders via Shopify
  • Preparing, organising, and wrapping stock ready for fulfilment
  • Booking deliveries and generating shipping labels with couriers
  • Assisting with stock checks and keeping inventory organised
  • Helping maintain a clean, efficient packing and storage area
  • Supporting basic customer enquiries via email when required
  • Assisting with general day-to-day operational tasks around the unit

(Optional, depending on interest)

  • Supporting with content or social media tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
  • Good attention to detail when packing and labelling orders
  • Comfortable using a computer (email, browser, basic systems)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Organised and willing to learn new processes

An interest in strength training, fitness, or e-commerce is a bonus, but not essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £10.50-£12.50 per hour

Benefits:

  • Employee discount
  • Flexitime
  • On-site parking

Work Location: In person
