Full job description

We invite you to apply for our Warehouse Operative position in Markham Vale (S43), Chesterfield.

This fantastic position offers roles such as picking and packing automotive parts, stock replenishment and printing labels. You may be asked to work in a variety of different departments so you must be flexible.

All new candidates must be inducted before starting. We host weekly inductions, apply now to book on! If successful, an immediate start could be available!

  • Two weekly rotating AM/PM shifts. AM shift is 5.30am - 1.30pm and PM shift is 2.30pm - 10.30pm, Monday to Friday. 37.5 hours per week.

You MUST rotate shifts every two weeks! You must also work one in four Saturdays. Pay rate is £12.34 per hour. Overtime available with enhanced pay rates. 45 minutes break per shift. 15 minutes of break are PAID!

Warehouse Operative duties include:

  • Picking and packing orders from automated Witron system
  • Kitting, Repack and Returns (attention to detail is important)
  • Goods in (Despatch)
  • Using basic computer software
  • Heavy lifting in some areas
  • Keeping work area clean and tidy

Own transport would be preferred due to limited public transport links. Easily accessible from the Chesterfield, Sheffield, Worksop & Mansfield areas by car.
