This role is heavily focused on picking, packing, and order fulfilment and requires flexibility during peak periods (launches, sales, trade events).

If you do not have hands-on picking & packing experience or you are not able to work additional hours when required, this role will not be suitable.

About the Role

We are a fast growing B2B nail and beauty company seeking a reliable, detail focused Warehouse Operative to join our fulfilment team. This role requires accuracy, speed, and availability to support increased order volumes during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking, packing, printing, and preparing customer orders using Shopify and integrated courier systems
  • Working efficiently to productivity targets while maintaining high accuracy
  • Managing stock levels, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organisation
  • Maintaining packing materials and warehouse supplies
  • Processing and managing customer returns
  • Supporting senior team members as required
  • Working additional hours during peak periods to meet business demand
  • Occasionally supporting trade shows and events

Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

You must have:

  • Proven picking & packing experience in a warehouse or fulfilment environment
  • Experience using Shopify and courier systems (e.g. DPD)
  • Flexibility to work additional hours at busy times, including launches and sales periods
  • Ability to work at pace without compromising accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to follow systems and procedures
  • A strong reliability and attendance record
