Warehouse Supervisor

4 on 4 off 06:00am to 18:00pm

Romac Logistics are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team based in Motherwell.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of warehouse operatives to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe warehouse operations. This role involves organising workloads, monitoring performance, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

  • Responsible in achieving Industry leading KPI’s in Health & Safety, service, and performance.
  • Managing all aspects of the receipt, handling, and despatch of stock.

  • Accountable for Health & safety requirements and events in the workplace to ensure a safe environment for your colleagues and Contractors.

  • Ensure a smooth and timely handover is executed.

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience of Warehousing/Cold store environment.
  • You must be a strong communicator, who is able to prioritise tasks in a timely organised manner.
  • Excellent people management skills required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate must be proficient with Microsoft packages and WMS systems.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Attention to detail.
