Summary

This is a dual aspect role working between our customer service and warehouse teams. This person should live our company values and work within the operations team to encompass these within their daily work and home life.

As a small business there may be other duties that could be reasonable and expected within your role to be undertaken to support the wider business needs.

Customer Services:

· Customer orders (via phone, email and website)

· Customer service interactions (phone and email enquiries etc.)

· Invoicing

· Liaising with courier services

· Other office administration as required

Warehouse Role:

· Order Picking

· Order Packing

· Receipt of Goods

· Movement of Stock within Warehouse

· Stock Counting

· Batch Recognition

· Physical Requirements: This position requires lifting and moving materials up to 25kg, standing for

extended periods, and performing tasks that involve bending and reaching. Reasonable

accommodations will be provided as needed.

The person we hire will need to have/be:

· Excellent communication skills, including phone, in person and email etiquette.

· The ability to multi-task across various platforms

· Good attention to detail

· Organised with an efficient working style

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office – all platforms including Teams

Additional skills or experience that would be useful:

· Accounts programmes (Zoho One in particular)

· Pump truck training

· Knowledge of the veterinary sector – in practice or commercial experience

· Prior experience of stock control/batch management

· Prior experience with CRM/Stock management Systems

Please note that on successful hire a routine DBS check will be performed based on the needs of our

company sales of products within the VMD and Home Office. This is also in line with Good Distribution Practice.
