We have an exciting new vacancy for a Wedding & Events coordinator to join our team at The Sprowston Manor Hotel & Country Club. Housed within a 16th-century English manor, this 126-bedroom hotel features an innovative on-site Golf Course, Health Club & Spa, as well as 2 Restaurants and Bar. Your duties will include:

· Receiving and responding to wedding enquiries via phone, email, and third-party websites.

· Collecting necessary information from clients to provide accurate quotes.

· Meeting our clients, conducting show rounds and securing their booking

· Selling the hotel's features and packages

· Managing communications with clients for both wedding enquiries and events that have been booked.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of wedding and event coordinating preferably with a hotel background, have excellent communication skills.
