Kitchen Fitters Required – Woolwich, London

Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and reliable Kitchen/Bathroom Fitters for a construction project in Woolwich. The role involves installing kitchens (carpentry-based work) with some elements of bathroom fitting such as basins and toilets — basicplumbing an advantage but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install kitchens, including units, worktops, and associated carpentry
  • Carry out basic bathroom fitting: basins, toilets, and related fixtures
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  • Read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints
  • Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, plumbing, roofing, welding, electrical work, or masonry is highly desirable
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
  • Ability to read technical drawings accurately
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a kitchen/bathroom fitter
  • Basic DBS (or willingness to obtain)
  • References required
  • Must have own tools
  • Must have own PPE
